As members of a large group of 120 people - we occupied the entire hotel - we spent 3 days in the hotel. The facilities are relatively new and in many areas can be described as well thought out, although the choice of sanitary objects and their functionality is questionable. 2 examples: -When I wanted to empty the kettle, I flooded the entire bathroom and with it all the toiletries that were stored next to the washbasin - simply annoying with these flat countertop washbasins - not possible at all. -We are not frail and are quite agile, but getting into the bathtub can be described as a trapeze act - the edge is much too high, it became more exciting when climbing out with wet feet - injuries are inevitable - the electrically controlled fitting is a challenge in itself - it would be nice if there was another option for showering other than the overhead shower - I don't know any woman who washes her hair every day and with all due respect - the shower cap is not an option! However, the quality of service was completely unsatisfactory in all respects! - There were always at least 3 employees behind the bar. However, in the 3 days we were not proactively approached once to order drinks. It took up to 45 minutes for drinks to be served - that's not acceptable!!! The same thing happened at dinner - there was no drinks service or it was completely inadequate. Although we had registered as a group and the number of people was known, there were not enough tables and chairs to eat together. Some participants had to sit on the terrace or, even worse, in the lobby. On the day we left, breakfast was moved to the lobby without further ado because a large conference was taking place in the dining room. The presentation of the food was fine, but to improvise breakfast for 120 hotel guests with a small Nespresso capsule machine is more than brazen. Apparently, numerous conference participants also helped themselves to the breakfast buffet, which meant that there was no bread left at 9:00 a.m. When I urged them, the staff just shrugged their shoulders. - A more than inglorious end to our trip. Conclusion - there is obviously still a long way to go before people in Hungary understand what service means. Until then, I can only advise against this hotel!
